Call Analysis:

Hands needed at the start: Neither
Hands held at the end: If Centers Cross Run, then one hand should be joined at the end to make the new formation.

Body flow at the start: Clockwise if Cross Run is to the right, Counterclockwise if Cross Run is to the left
Body flow at the end:: Same as at the start
