Background: “Partner Tag” was created in 1970 by Will Orlich from Bradenton, Florida. The Tag Family was added to Mainstream in 1980 including Partner Tag. It was removed from the Mainstream Program in 1993 and it was added to the A-1 Program in 1997.

Definition

Starting formations: From a Couple or Mini-Wave

Dance action: Dancers turn to face each other and Pass Thru.

Ending formations:
— A Completed Double Pass Thru formation ends in Lines Facing Out.
— Parallel General Lines end in a Trade By formation.
