Basic Part 1
Circulate – Named Dancers
Links: Define – Analyze – Module – Teach – Other – Extend
Standard Applications:
Named Dancers: Boys Circulate / Girls Circulate
— i) Parallel Waves or Parallel Two-Faced Lines (Right or Left Handed), “0” or “1/2” (4 Girls in the center, or 4 Boys in the center)
Comment: The circulate family is called most often with actives (Boys or Girls) on the ends, but it is not a serious problem if it is called with actives in the center. Also it is called most often from Right-Hand Waves or Two-Faced Lines.
Named Dancers: Ends Circulate / Centers Circulate
— i) Parallel Waves or Parallel Two-Faced Lines (Right or Left Handed), All Arrangements
Comment: Ends Circulate is probably called more often than Centers Circulate. Both calls are used more often from Right-Hand Formations.
