Choreography for Patter Teaching with Singing Call Options:
Teaching Tips:
Left-Hand Star / Right-Hand Star
A.) Single file promenade, now extend the left hand in the middle to touch palms.
B.) Move forward.
C.) The hand in the star should have fingers tips pointing up to the sky.
D.) Turn around towards the center and star with the other hand the other way back.
More teaching suggestions:
— Explain that “Star Right” means to make the star and immediately begin moving forward. As you do so, listen for more directions about how far to turn the star and which way to face at the end.
