C.) Don’t grip the hand; extended it forward with fingertips up, girls left hand touches and turns under left face.
D.) Girl goes under the arched hands.
More teaching suggestions:
— It is the gent’s responsibility to hold his right hand palm up and straight ahead to help the lady remember to use her left hand.
— The caller should provide some hints to help each lady find some way to remember that she uses her left hand for this call (girls wearing an engagement ring are putting a “Star” in the sky).
